Our current initiatives include: 

• Sensors: specialized systems to enhance the speed and safety of structural lifting. Awarded by Harvard Business School and the Federal Government.

• Productizing Foundations: innovative foundation materials and structural solutions aimed at reducing both material and labor costs

• AI-Native Construction Management: integration of artificial intelligence to optimize human-repetitive processes, such as scheduling and resource allocation.
